Twin Cities Show Chorus Calendar of Events
Chorus rehearsals are every Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00pm to 10:00pm and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Visitors, interested ladies, and even just friendly spectators are always welcome to come watch and listen to a working rehearsal! Ladies interested in joining may attend as many rehearsals as they like - no obligation to join or audition until YOU feel ready. Welcome from our Director

August 19, 2008 - Star Spangled Banner for the Saint Paul Saints baseballs game.

August 26, 2008 Tue [changed]- Performance at Lake Harriet Bandshell, Minneapolis DIRECTIONS: FROM THE NORTH: take I35W South to 46th St exit and go west/right on 46th. Take a LEFT (South) on Nicollet Ave S, RIGHT (West) onto W 49th St, RIGHT (North) onto Sheridan Ave S. to Lake Harriet Parkway. Follow the Pkwy to the bandshell, Minneapolis, MN 55410. Regarding parking: You can get slips from the machine on the lot for hours you want to park @ 50 cents an hour or find free parking on the street. DO NOT PARK IN THE PERMIT AREA unless you are prepared to pay for one year's parking!!! There is a fine for those who park there without a permit. TO EXIT THE PARK AND RETURN TO I-35W: follow the Lake Harriet Parkway left all the way around the lake back to Kings Highway - turn right and continue until you cross the freeway to get to the exit for I35W north. The I-35W SOUTH exit is BEFORE you cross over the freeway.

September 26-27, 2008. Region #6 Fall Seminar in Bloomington. TC will be part of the education class chorus at 9:00 am on Saturday (27th) morning. Nancy Field will be International Faculty.

October 26th, 2008 3:00 PM Performance for the Centre Area Concert Association at the Sauk Centre High School Auditorium, 9th and State Road, Sauk Centre, MN. [About the CACA: entirely volunteers bringing the arts to a small section of mid-Minnesota, presenting concerts for 30+ years.  A season ticket/membership allows members to come to 7 concerts sponsored by CACA and since they have reciprocity with Alexandria, Ortonville/Milbank, Brainerd and Wadena, members are allowed admission to those concerts at no extra cost & their members are allowed to attend any concerts sponsored by CACA.  No single performance tickets are sold.] Season ticket/membership prices are $30 for an adult ticket, $10 for a student ticket.  For ticket information, e-mail or call CACA Membership (Judy Beissel) at www.centreareaconcerts@yahoo.com or 320/352-3482.

November 4th > December 9th 2008 (Tuesday evenings 7-9pm) - Singers are invited to make a S.P.L.A.S.H (Smile, Perform, Laugh and Sing Harmony) with the 2008 Regional Chorus Champions. Women of all ages are welcome for 6-Tuesday Rehearsals beginning November 4th thru December 9th, culminating with the Holiday Performance on December 14th No obligation to join. Rehearsals are from 7-9pm at United Methodist Church of Peace, 6345 Xerxes Ave So, Richfield, MN 55423. COME AND JOIN THE FUN OF SINGING 4-PART HARMONY!

May 8-10, 2009, Regional Competition in Mankato. Twin Cities Show Chorus will be hostessing and performing. Check the Region 6 website for more details.
